Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at Rowton Hall, enjoying the beautiful spa facilities and a lovely garden to unwind in. However, the service could have been smoother, particularly in the bar area where there was a bit of confusion over payment methods. The breakfast was delicious, but I did encounter some cleanliness issues in my room, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it's a nice place for a relaxing getaway, but improvements in room maintenance and communication would enhance the visit.
I had a lovely time celebrating my daughter's birthday at this hotel. The spacious apartment and wonderful amenities like the gym and spa made our stay particularly enjoyable. However, I did notice that some of the rooms could use a bit of renovation, and there were a few service hiccups during our breakfast experience. Overall, a beautiful location with fantastic food, but there’s room for improvement.
The hotel offered a charming atmosphere and was conveniently located near Chester Zoo, making it ideal for a quick getaway. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were unfortunately in need of refreshment and repair, which detracted from the overall experience. The breakfast was enjoyable, but the quality of the gym facilities and some amenities left a bit to be desired.
I had a frustrating experience at the hotel, mainly due to the poorly maintained rooms and facilities. The issues with cleanliness and outdated amenities were disappointing, especially considering the expectations set for a spa hotel. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, doing their best to address our concerns. Overall, I would think twice about recommending this place until significant improvements are made.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable, with an exceptional spa experience and delightful dining options. The staff went out of their way to make my visit special, especially with thoughtful gestures for my birthday. However, I did encounter some noise issues that were very disappointing, and the breakfast service left a bit to be desired due to some inconsistencies.
